Meet Kipp – our Executive Chef. Kipp is originally from Indian River and has recently returned home from working/traveling in Europe. He worked for a Department of Defense Resort Hotel in Garmish-Partenkirchen (Bavaria), Germany. While overseas, he traveled and studied cooking in 40 different countries.
Locally, Kipp was the Sous Chef to Chef Rich Travis at Restaurant Pier 33 in Cheboygan and has held Chef roles in and around Lansing.
Kipp brings his own recipes to the menu while including local favorites with a unique flare.
We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source as many ingredients as possible from local farmers and vendors.
Even our famous House Made BBQ chips come from our owners - who also happen to be local potato farmers. Talk about fresh!
